- Blueberries & Cream: One cup blueberries, dolloped with two tablespoons of whipped topping
- Berry Salad w/ Citrus: 1 cup mixed berries (of choice) with a tablespoon of fresh squeezed orange juice
- Banana Smoothie: ⅓ cup banana with ¼ cup vanilla greek yogurt and handful of ice blended until desired thickness
- S’mores: 2 graham crackers, eight marshmallows roasted with one teaspoon dark chocolate
- Cucumber Salad: 1 cucumber sliced, three tablespoons red onion, two tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- Greek Tomatoes: 2 medium tomatoes chopped with two tablespoons of feta cheese, and one lemon squeezed.
- Sweet Potato Fries: 1 sliced sweet potato, drizzled with one teaspoon of olive oil. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes
- Hummus with Baby Carrots: 12 baby carrots and two tablespoons of hummus
- Garlic Grilled Corn on the Cob: 1 small corn on the cob covered in 1 teaspoon minced garlic sauteed and olive oil, grill for 5-10 minutes
- Chips and Salsa: 10 tortilla chips and ¼ cup salsa of choice
- Strawberry Salad: 2 cups of raw spinach, 1 cup sliced strawberries, one tablespoon balsamic vinegar
