Citrus Fruits and Berries
When you want to protect your eyesight, you want to consume food that is packed with vitamin C. Just like zeaxanthin, they decrease your risk in macular degeneration and even cataracts.
Fatty Fish
Trout, anchovies, mackerel, salmon, and tuna are rich in DHA which is a fatty acid found in the retina. The dry eye syndrome is linked to low levels of this.
