Return and Refund Policy

PÜRLIFE only offers refunds to customers for qualifying purchases made through this PÜRLIFE Online Web store (www.purlifeus.com/shop) and as per our specific guidelines (See Below). Refunds, returns or other issues concerning purchases made from third party Retailers or Vendors should be directed to the specific Retailer or Vendor that sold you the product. For further information please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. For Warranty claims, please click on the Warranty Claim section on this web site, fill out the form and press submit. A PÜRLIFE Customer Service representative will contact you in 1 to 2 business days to assist you with the next steps to process your warranty exchange.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You have 21 days from the date of purchase to return your qualifying purchase(s) made through this PÜRLIFE Online Web store (www.purlifeus.com/shop) for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and returned in its’ original packaging. All items must be returned, at the customers expense with a copy of the the receipt or invoice and be accompanied by a PÜRLIFE Products Return Form.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will process the refund transaction in a timely fashion and you will receive credit to your account dependent on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
