People with chronic low-back pain suggest that a certain adapted set of yoga poses help reduce pain and improve their ability to walk or move. It also have some other health benefits such as reducing heart rate and blood pressure, as well as relieve anxiety or depression. However, people with high blood pressure, glaucoma, sciatica or women who are pregnant should take extra caution in practicing yoga.
